We provide online and offline advertising campaign services, including campaign planning, media placement, performance optimisation, and related support for businesses operating primarily in European and North American markets.

The Site functions as an informational and business enquiry resource. No services are contracted, delivered, or charged through the Site itself. All service engagements are formalised through separate written agreements.

3. Eligibility and Business Use

The Site and our services are intended for business users — legal entities or individuals operating in a professional or commercial capacity. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of any organisation you represent.

Our services are not offered to consumers acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity, and we do not knowingly contract with individuals as consumers.

4. Service Scope and Project-Based Engagement

Each client engagement is project-based and governed by a separate written service agreement that defines the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms. The descriptions of services on this Site are provided for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of any specific outcome.

Submitting an enquiry through the contact form or by email does not create a service contract or any obligation on either party.

5. Client Responsibilities

Where a service engagement is agreed, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and materials required for campaign execution.
  • Responding to requests for approval, feedback, or clarification within agreed timeframes to avoid delays.
  • Ensuring that all materials provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
  • Notifying us promptly of any changes to project requirements, business details, or circumstances that may affect the engagement.

Delays or inaccuracies arising from client-side responsibilities may affect delivery timelines without liability on our part.

6. Quotes, Fees, and Payment Terms

All fees are set out in individual project agreements or written quotations. The following general terms apply unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

  • Fees are quoted and invoiced in [CURRENCY]. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
  • Invoices are due within [PAYMENT-DUE-DAYS] days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Minor refinements within the original agreed scope are handled as outlined in the service agreement. We do not absorb costs arising from scope changes initiated by the client without prior written approval.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, brand assets, and content provided by the client for use in a campaign remain the property of the client. The client grants us a limited licence to use these materials solely for the purposes of executing the agreed services.

All tools, methodologies, templates, frameworks, and proprietary processes we use to deliver our services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Quantavolution Inc. These are not transferred to the client unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Ownership of deliverables produced for the client (such as ad creatives, copy, or campaign materials) transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public business information, strategic plans, pricing, client data, and technical materials shared in the course of an engagement ("Confidential Information"). Neither party will disclose the other's Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or regulation.

This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement or business relationship.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Execution of advertising campaigns may require the use of third-party platforms, networks, or tools (such as advertising platforms, analytics services, or content management systems). Our services are subject to the terms, policies, and technical constraints of those platforms.

We are not responsible for changes in third-party platform policies, fees, or technical capabilities that affect campaign delivery, provided we notify the client and take reasonable steps to adapt.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Quantavolution Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute representations or warranties of results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantavolution Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any service engagement.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid to us by you in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantavolution Inc, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) materials you provide to us that infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law; or (c) your breach of any provision of these Terms or any service agreement.

14. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or any ongoing engagement at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment, material breach of these Terms, or conduct that exposes us to legal or reputational risk.

Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in that agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

15. Governing Law
